Cat’s Meow Village “West Virgina State” barn featuring West Virgina state symbols: the Cardinal (state bird), Rhododendron (state flower), and Sugar Maple Tree (state tree). Washington joined the Union on June 20, 1863.. Casper the black cat is tucked into the scene, keeping watch as always.
Each piece features a colorful illustrated front and a short description on the back. Designed by artist Faline Fry Jones, these pieces sit neatly on shelves, window trim, wainscoting, or display ledges. Look for Casper the black cat, the symbol of authenticity, on most designs.
